Natasha Williams Joins 星空无限传媒 89.7 NPR News as Multimedia Reporter
COLUMBUS, OHIO, DECEMBER 15, 2021 鈥� 星空无限传媒 has hired Natasha Williams as a multimedia reporter for 89.7 NPR News. Williams joins the 星空无限传媒 newsroom with decades of experience, most recently at WLKY-TV in Louisville, Kentucky.
A veteran journalist, Williams began her broadcast career in Jackson, Tennessee and went on to spend more than 20 years as an anchor and investigative reporter for WHIO-TV in Dayton, Ohio. In 2008, she was named best reporter and awarded for best broadcast writing by the Ohio Associated Press. In addition to being honored by the Society of Professional Journalists, Williams also won an Emmy Award for coverage of the 2001 Xenia Tornado. She is an active member of the National Association of Black Journalists, as well as the Greater Dayton Association of Black Journalists. Williams received her undergraduate degree from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, North Carolina and a master鈥檚 degree from The Ohio State University.
