The Latino population in the U.S. will continue to increase greatly.  It is estimated that by 2035, a 3rd of children in the country will be Latino.  This growth can be seen in Columbus's Latino population. In this episode we take a closer look at Columbus Latino communities and discuss the specific issues they face. Also, Festival Latino, the largest Latin event in Ohio, marks its 20th anniversary this year.

Event:

, the largest Latin event in Ohio, marks its 20th anniversary this year. This two-day, family-friendly, free event will be held Saturday and Sunday, August 13 and 14, from 11 am-8 pm each day. The Festival Latino will again be held in Bicentennial Park in downtown Columbus.
