Three senators, including Ohio’s own Sherrod Brown (D), have cosigned a letter expressing their opposition to the use of facial recognition to verify applicants for federal unemployment benefits.

Concerns include the use of private-sector technology, lack of transparency of process and results, and long wait times for screening if rejected by the automated scanning. We'll discuss facial recognition use bans today on All Sides with Ann Fisher.
