Recent news stories are reporting how groundwater in Ohio is having a major ecological impact on the state.

Two big oil producers in southeast Ohio say injection wells are leaking, leaving some to worry about their drinking water.

Also, according to a Virginia Tech study, Columbus is one of 28 major U. S. cities that are sinking. Groundwater extraction is the cause.
