A federal judge heard California's challenge of President Trump's deployment of the National Guard and Marines to Los Angeles to assist during protests and immigration raids. The administration argued troops have the right to be there to protect law enforcement. California Gov. Newsom called the actions a power grab that violate the Constitution.
