Greater Columbus Arts Council pausing grants for artists amid $4 million funding cut

The Greater Columbus Arts Council, or GCAC, was notified by Franklin County that the county would be pausing $4 million in funding to the arts council this year. That's 14% of GCAC's annual budget.

GCAC and CAPA paid local artists to paint murals over boarded-up windows at the Ohio Theatre.
